We ask for a 15% non - returnable deposit to book the gîte. The booking will be confirmed by email, or writing if you prefer, upon receipt of this payment.

The remaining 85% plus a returnable damage deposit of £200 must be received by us no later than 8 weeks before arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, less any breakage / damage or excessive cleaning costs.

Should the holiday be booked or cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full 100% invoice cost is payable.

The maximum number of people accommodated must not exceed 6.

Electricity and gas charges are included in the holiday price.

Bed linen & towels are provided. Pool towels are available at 3 euros per towel per week.

Lettings are from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.

Arrivals should not be after 10pm unless by prior arrangement.

Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and outside areas.

For bookings of more than one week fresh towels and linen will be provided each Saturday.

Sorry no pets.

We will thoroughly clean the gîte prior to your arrival and ask that you then respect the property and the amenities provided.
